Hockey shooting drill, defensemen

This is a free hockey shooting / scoring drill sample for defensemen. You can use this drill as a warm up drill, a skating / passing drill, goalie drill or as a part of a power play practice as is or changing it a little bit.

Explanation to the hockey shooting drill for defensemen: Defensemen 1 starts skating backwards up against blue line, receives a border pass, shoots, keep moving and receive three more passes and shoots

Make this hockey drill more advanced:

- add a forward, who puts some pressure on the defensemen when taking the shots.

- Let the player who has taken the shots, stay in front of the goalie when the next player comes.

- Let the defensemen / forward 2 follow (skate after) defensemen 1, when delivering the passes.

Putting these moves into this hockey drill, you have 3 "new" hockey drills. Your defensemen will develop their offensive hockey play step by step.
